About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship with R+V Insurance in bank sales, working closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. You learn to advise customers on insurance, retirement planning and financial investments, with support for your personal development.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work as part of the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and build your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers involves.
- Work in a team: prepare for customer consultations, handle follow-up work, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate secondary school certificate or university entrance qualification, including university of applied sciences entrance qualification
- Curiosity and an interest in advising customers and business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence by the start of training
- Also welcome: students who have realised during their current degree that they would prefer a new challenge with more practical experience
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses worth two months of pay.
- Support for your development: well-organised training, a mentoring programme, internal training and talent development.
- The standard training period is 2.5 years. Good performance can allow you to shorten it to 2 years.
- Financial support: savings contributions, a learning materials allowance and help with travel or rent costs depending on the distance to your vocational school.
- Modern working environment: 30 days of holiday plus 24 and 31 December off, the latest iPhone and a laptop, and a 38-hour working week under the pay agreement.
