At BarmeniaGothaer's group headquarters in Cologne, you complete your 2.5-year apprenticeship in the inside service teams of the various business areas. You learn to process contracts and portfolios precisely, recognise needs and move confidently through everyday service work. A team of fellow apprentices, colleagues and trainers supports you. • You learn how to precisely recognise customers' needs, create offers, assess risks and calculate insurance tariffs. This also includes, for example, how to settle insurance claims or communicate with customers and departments.
• During your apprenticeship you experience hands-on practice. And we don't leave you alone! You are supported by a strong team of fellow apprentices, colleagues and your trainers. They help you with advice and support you with all questions.
• With our extensive apprentice seminars, we get you ready for your final exam.
• In good time before your final exam, we plan your future with us in the group together with you.

• You have your school-leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife or higher) and want to get started in practice. Even if you drop out of university or have started another apprenticeship, you can arrive and get going with us!
• You enjoy advising people and showing them solutions.
• You are enthusiastic about digitalisation topics and find it easy to use modern digital tools.
• Strong communication skills and a very good way of expressing yourself set you apart.
