In inside sales at a BarmeniaGothaer agency, you are the organizational link between customers, insurance brokers and the group headquarters. You are part of the BarmeniaGothaer insurance office Veelmann & Brill in Dinslaken as an employee. Start as soon as possible, part-time.

• You are the organizational link between customers, insurance brokers and the group headquarters within a BarmeniaGothaer agency
• You are responsible for preparing and following up customer appointments
• You support the agency manager and, where applicable, other customer advisors with administration
• You record insurance claims and ensure smooth claims handling
• Together with the agency team, you take measures to keep customers and run campaigns to grow the customer base

• You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, have completed comparable commercial training, or want to start as a career changer
• You have a feel for sales and enjoy talking to customers
• Administrative tasks come easily to you
• You act with customer focus and are full of initiative
• You organize yourself with digital tools and therefore always keep an overview
