• You are the organisational link between customers, insurance brokers and the head office within a BarmeniaGothaer agency
• You are responsible for preparing and following up customer appointments
• You support the agency manager and, if needed, other customer advisers with administration
• You record insurance claims and make sure claims are handled smoothly
• Together with the agency team, you take steps to keep customers and run campaigns to grow the customer base

• You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, have completed comparable commercial training, or want to start as a career changer
• You have a sense for sales and enjoy talking to customers
