As an insurance agent at BarmeniaGothaer, you win trust, explain coverage in an understandable way, and build customer relationships, digitally and on site. You get backing from your sales office and a network of over 2,500 agents, so you can advise clearly and really help your customers. Employment type: full-time, self-employed.

• First point of contact for your customers on all questions about insurance, finance, and retirement provision
• Individual advice with empathy, expertise, and tailored solutions
• Care for your own customer base and winning new customers
• Build and lead your own team – guide and support others on their career path

• Several years of experience advising customers on insurance and finance
• High expertise in arranging tailored solutions and strong customer orientation
• Ideally a degree or vocational training in banking, finance, or insurance
• Ability to explain complex matters clearly in German at C1 level
