During your training, you will develop step by step into an expert in social insurance and learn to advise people reliably on health topics and insure them in all situations of life. The processes in a statutory health insurance fund will become familiar to you – you will gain comprehensive insights into our innovative health and service offerings. You will acquire sound knowledge about health, prevention, membership and contributions to competently assist insured persons in case of illness or long-term care. Processing applications will soon become part of your daily routine – naturally with our support and guidance. As soon as you are ready, you take on responsibility: you engage with customers, listen actively and find suitable solutions for individual concerns. Theory and practice go hand in hand with us – complemented by teamwork and lots of fun learning together.

With us, personality counts, not just your educational path: whether you have a secondary school diploma (Mittlerer Schulabschluss), a (technical) university entrance qualification, a few semesters of university studies or an already completed vocational training – you are welcome! Health is more than just a word for you – it is close to your heart. You want to understand the healthcare system and help shape a health insurance fund that is one of the largest in Germany. Communication is in your blood: you can listen well, explain clearly and remain empathetic even in difficult moments. Team spirit is a matter of course for you – achieving something together motivates you. Very good German language skills at least at C1 level round off your profile and enable you to communicate professionally with insured persons and colleagues.

Flexible working hours and up to 37 days of holiday per year leave plenty of time for friends, family and leisure. In addition, 24 and 31 December are non-working days. You can also work and learn from home – we naturally provide you with a mobile device. We support you from the start – with seminars, regular feedback meetings and personal support from qualified trainers. You become part of our strong apprentice network – for exchange, motivation and lots of fun in the team. With a takeover rate of almost 100%, many doors are open to you. With good performance, you have the option to shorten your training by 6 months. You receive an above-average training remuneration (1st year: €1,500; 2nd year: €1,580; 3rd year: €1,660). 38-hour week. Up to 39 days of holiday per year. Holiday and Christmas bonuses.
