With us, personality counts, not just your educational path: Whether you have a secondary school diploma (Mittlerer Schulabschluss), a (technical) university entrance qualification ((Fach-)Abitur), a few semesters of study, or an already completed apprenticeship – you are welcome! Health is more than just a word for you – it is close to your heart. You want to understand the healthcare system and help shape a health insurance fund that belongs to the largest in Germany. Communication is in your blood: You can listen well, explain clearly, and remain empathetic even in difficult moments.
