You enjoy handling food, are service-oriented and want to learn how to present and sell meat and sausage products professionally? Then start your apprenticeship as a specialist salesperson in the food trade with a focus on meat (m/f/d) with us and become part of a committed team. During your apprenticeship you will learn how to advise customers competently, present fresh products attractively and ensure quality and hygiene in the sales area.

You take over the sale of meat and sausage products as well as small dishes; you advise and inform customers about ingredients and possible uses of the products; you present and pack butcher products, decorate displays and ensure order and cleanliness in the sales area; furthermore you prepare meat products and snacks and produce delicatessen salads.

Carefulness and enjoyment in handling food; reliability and sense of responsibility; curiosity about new challenges; a general education school leaving certificate.
