You will learn the processes of our department stores from A to Z; You will support the organization and execution of daily business in our department stores; By working in various departments such as fruit and vegetables, groceries, non-food, administration and warehouse, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company; You will learn customer-oriented action in sales and consulting and provide our customers with the best service; You will support product presentation and assortment design and assist in planning and managing personnel

Enjoyment of logistical and business management processes; Reliability and a preference for working in a team; The goal of becoming a manager; A technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or general university entrance qualification (Abitur)
