Training as a sales-focused butcher. You will learn to process meat, make meat and sausage products as well as delicatessen products, ready meals and preserves, and advise customers professionally.

• Assess meat quality, prepare meat for sale and process it into meat and sausage products
• Cook, mince or smoke meat and season and preserve it according to recipes
• Make delicatessen products, ready meals and preserves
• Prepare roasts, schnitzels and minced meat and arrange sausage, delicatessen products and salads for the sales counter
