Lead Business Performance Management

Within the B. Braun Avitum AG division, we are looking for a Lead Business Performance Management (f/m/d). The Business Performance Management area supports the further development of profitability, performance and strategic execution power. The focus is on supporting large strategic transformation and organisation projects, continuously optimising divisional processes, and implementing a harmonised Continuous Improvement/OPEX system across the entire division.

• Identifying, coordinating and independently leading strategic transformation and organisation projects of high relevance for the division.
• Cross-functional steering of initiatives to create transparency, prioritisation and consistent implementation across functions, sites and countries.
• Continuous optimisation of divisional processes.
• Implementing and further developing a harmonised Continuous Improvement / OPEX system for the entire division with a primary focus on the CoE functions.
• Disciplinary leadership of the Business Performance Management team and professional leadership of the CI managers in the Centers of Excellence and production plants.
• Direct reporting to the CFO of the Avitum division and close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Several years of leadership experience in performance management, operational excellence, transformation management, strategy execution or a comparable divisional function
• Strong project management skills with proven experience leading complex, cross-functional and international transformation projects
• Sound understanding of continuous improvement, lean/OPEX systems and KPI-based performance steering in operations and maintenance environments
• Experience designing governance structures, process ownership and clear roles and responsibilities at interfaces
• Business-fluent German and English; further languages are an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively align senior management, functions, sites and countries
• Strong change management skills, resilience and perseverance in sustainably implementing change in complex matrix organisations
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to balance different stakeholder interests across all organisational levels
