Internship - Organizational Development

Internship in organizational development at Schaeffler, an international technology group with the culture of a family business. A basic requirement is proof of enrollment at university during the internship. The position starts in September 2026 for a period of 6 months.

• Support in handling organizational changes in SAP Organization Management and act as contact person for questions about the process handled through a Service Now workflow
• Active participation in transformation projects within the Schaeffler Group
• Support in further developing digital workflows to map the group-wide organizational and management structure in an automated and modern way
• Help in creating reports, board documents, and communication and training materials
• Taking on tasks independently within the structure change process and handling transfer protocols
• Support in maintaining location reference information

• Studies in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office
• First experience with SAP desirable
• Analytical and organizational skills, creative problem-solving and hands-on mentality to turn concepts into reality
• Strong team player
• High personal initiative and willingness to perform
