Internship in HR Business Partner Student Support

Gain a comprehensive insight into the varied work of a modern HR department at Schaeffler. Proof of enrolment at the time of the internship is a basic requirement. The position is available from November 2026 for a period of at least 4 to 6 months.

• You work with the responsible HR Business Partner to look after interns and thesis students and support all HR tasks
• You independently take on administrative day-to-day tasks (e.g. drafting contracts, creating non-disclosure agreements, system maintenance in SAP)
• You support applicant management for recruiting students for internships and theses
• You help organise, run and follow up the introduction event for new interns and thesis writers
• You are in close contact with applicants, students and managers and so get to know a wide range of topics
• You can join us in candidate selection interviews and support the entire application process
• You support the phone interviews for the Schaeffler Top Student Programme
• You can get to know modern HR work in a dedicated team, take on responsibility and contribute
• You support the Talentegrate programme, a cooperation with adidas and Siemens that supports refugee academics

• Your ticket to us is a successful course of study in business studies, business psychology or a comparable degree program
• You are fit with MS Office
• Service-oriented action and an independent way of working are a matter of course for you
• You bring organisational skills and enjoy taking responsibility in HR work
• Reliability, strong communication and teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality distinguish you
• Your very good German and good English skills round off your profile
