You will learn the processes of our department stores from A to Z; you will support the organization and execution of daily business in our department stores; by working in various departments such as fruit and vegetables, groceries, non-food, administration and warehouse you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company; you will learn customer-oriented action in sales and consulting and provide our customers with the best service; you will support product presentation and assortment design and assist in planning and managing personnel

Enjoyment of logistical and business processes; reliability and a preference for teamwork; the goal of becoming a manager; a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or general university entrance qualification (Abitur)
