About this Apprenticeship
We are looking for a Production Worker (m/f/d) Asphalt Mixing Plant for our Bergisch-Westerwälder Hartsteinwerke branch and our asphalt mixing plant in Duisburg. Basalt AG is one of the leading companies in the natural stone and asphalt industry, with 350 locations in Germany and Europe and around 4,200 employees.
What You'll Learn
- You produce asphalt and ensure that all orders are completed on time.
- You carry out maintenance and repair work.
- You identify faults at an early stage and rectify them independently or initiate appropriate measures.
- You operate the wheel loader to feed the plant and operate the vehicle scales.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in a skilled trade or technical field, such as process mechanic, industrial mechanic, metalworker or mechatronics technician (m/f/d).
- Ideally, you have initial experience as a machine operator (m/f/d).
- You are knowledgeable in control and automation technology.
- Teamwork, commitment and responsible conduct are among your strengths.
- You hold a Class B driving licence.
