Support the sales team at the company's headquarters in Mayen with general office, clerical and organisational tasks.

• Administrative and organisational support for the sales team
• Organising appointments and meetings and handling follow-up work
• Providing cover in other secretarial teams

• Completed vocational training in business administration or a related commercial field
• Previous work experience is helpful but not required
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good spoken and written German
• Strong communication and organisational skills and a structured working style
• Strong commitment, flexibility, loyalty and ability to cooperate and work in a team
