About this Apprenticeship
In the Production Management unit, you monitor and control the production plants and process steps at Surventis (formerly part of BASF).
What You'll Learn
- As a production worker, you precisely weigh raw materials according to the recipe and then handle completing, filtering and cleaning the production equipment.
- You operate the filling lines, fill paints into customer packaging and prepare the containers for further transport.
- You also carry out bookings digitally and system-supported.
- Compliance with quality, safety, health and environmental regulations is the basis of your work.
Requirements
- completed training as a chemical production specialist or comparable skilled trade or technical training
- Experience in paint manufacturing and cleaning of equipment
- Strong technical understanding and proficient use of standard IT applications
- Willingness to work partly continuous shift work
- Enjoyment of teamwork to achieve goals together
