Lead Electrical Installer

You independently lead exciting projects in the metropolitan region, work closely with teams of up to 8 colleagues and successfully tackle challenges. We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and solution-driven person who enjoys following projects from start to finish.

• You implement execution plans and bills of quantities technically correctly and ensure deadlines, quality and performance targets are met.
• You take independent responsibility for work preparation and organization of your site area (staffing, material logistics, technical documents).
• You technically lead the installation team and coordinate all electrical processes and interfaces on site.
• You commission systems, carry out measurements and function tests and create the required documentation according to QM.
• You ensure occupational safety, quality and cost-effectiveness, identify additional claims and actively help with hands-on work on the construction site.

• Completed training in electrical engineering, e.g. electronics technician for energy and building technology, electronics technician for industrial engineering or comparable.
• Recognized qualified electrician with very good German skills in speaking and writing.
• First aider qualification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in the technical leadership of employees and confident presence on the construction site.
• Structured, independent way of working with a sense of responsibility, assertiveness and team spirit.
