Lead Installer, Power Engineering

As a lead installer in power engineering, you install medium-voltage systems at regional construction sites and coordinate staff, materials and project work.

• Work at our regional construction sites and ensure medium-voltage systems are installed correctly.
• Work in a team and coordinate closely with site and project managers to keep projects running smoothly.
• Coordinate materials and equipment, taking technical requirements, deadlines and costs into account.
• Provide technical guidance and instructions to company staff and contractors, while monitoring quality, performance and deadlines.
• Handle site correspondence, prepare site documentation and ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and relevant electrical standards, such as DIN VDE and LAR.

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, power engineering or a comparable field, ideally with additional qualifications or further training in medium-voltage systems.
• You have strong organisational skills: you plan and coordinate site work efficiently to ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• You confidently use standard Microsoft Office applications in your daily work.
• You hold a category B driving licence.
