Security Systems Service Technician

Security systems service role at BAUER. The job involves installation, commissioning and troubleshooting, as well as supporting a regular customer base. Work takes place in the office and on construction sites, with a return home every day.

• You install and configure security systems such as fire alarms, intruder alarms, video surveillance and access control systems.
• You commission systems, test their functions and ensure they run properly.
• You analyse faults or malfunctions and fix them quickly and effectively.
• You plan your working day independently and complete your jobs efficiently, returning home every day.
• You support a regular customer base and provide expert advice.
• Regular manufacturer training prepares you for the work and keeps your knowledge up to date.

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, such as electrical installation, telecommunications, information and telecommunications systems, or a comparable field.
• You have experience in security technology, particularly installing fire alarms, intruder alarms, video surveillance and access control systems.
• You have strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• You speak German at B2 level or above, or have comparable language skills.
• You have a valid car driving licence.
