About this Apprenticeship
You lead electrical installation work on your construction site or assigned area and take part in the work yourself. You coordinate staff and ensure work is safe, completed correctly and delivered on time.
What You'll Learn
- Lead professional installation work on your construction site or assigned area and take an active part yourself
- Lead and coordinate installers, helpers, company employees and external staff
- Implement construction drawings and specifications, explain them to the team and maintain redline drawings
- Prepare work for your area, including staff allocation, material planning and technical documents
- Carry out commissioning, functional tests and measurements and document them according to quality management requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards and schedules, and report deviations
Requirements
- Completed electrical vocational training recognised in Germany, for example as an electronics technician for energy and building technology
- Previous experience leading staff on construction sites
- Very good spoken and written German
- Confidence working with technical drawings, specifications and documentation
- An organised approach to work and a strong focus on customers
- A category B driving licence
