Employee Campaign Management Digital Subscription Marketing

The Mediengruppe Magdeburg and the Mediengruppe Mitteldeutsche Zeitung, with their affiliated organizations, are part of the Bauer Media Group and are among the large, traditional media houses in Germany. Both media groups consist of a regional network of companies in the media and service sectors. They produce, among others, the daily newspapers 'Volksstimme' in Magdeburg and 'Mitteldeutsche Zeitung' in Halle.

Development and implementation of data-driven campaigns to acquire new digital subscriptions for web and app; Analysis of KPIs as well as derivation and implementation of optimization measures; Optimization of customer journeys, subscription shop and checkout processes; Planning, control and optimization of digital communication and CRM measures; Searching, testing and evaluating new communication and marketing channels; Close cooperation with internal departments to implement digital marketing measures

Apprenticeship or degree with a marketing focus; Analytical understanding and experience in handling KPIs; Experience in campaign management; Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experience with SAP, CRM systems and Magento; Strong sales and results orientation as well as enjoyment in developing sales-promoting measures; High communication and team skills
