TPM Coordinator

Introduce and develop a TPM system in Bauerfeind production at the Zeulenroda and Gera locations, with responsibility for machine safety and technical equipment.

Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines TPM-Systems an den Standorten Zeulenroda und Gera; Analyse von Anlagenverlusten und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen; Schulung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden zu TPM-Methoden; Fachansprechpartner für Maschinensicherheit und Schnittstelle zu Produktion, Instandhaltung, Engineering und Objektmanagement; Durchführung und Bewertung von Risikobeurteilungen technischer Anlagen und Maschinen; Bewertung von Maschinenänderungen hinsichtlich Sicherheits- und Betreiberanforderungen; Mitwirkung bei Sicherheitsprüfungen, Audits und Anlagenabnahmen; fachliche Begleitung der elektrischen Sicherheit von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen.

Degree, technician or master craftsman qualification in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification; professional experience in production, maintenance, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering; experience with production equipment and technical infrastructure; knowledge of TPM, lean management and continuous improvement; solid knowledge of machine safety, CE marking, risk assessment and operator duties; knowledge of relevant standards and regulations; analytical, structured and independent working style; communicative, solution-oriented personality with strong technical understanding.
