In your apprenticeship as a retail management assistant (m/f/d) or salesperson (m/f/d) you will learn what matters in sales and customer advice You will first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS specialist center. Afterwards you will specialize, for example, in the garden center, paints, sanitary or other specialist departments The first two apprenticeship years include the training as a salesperson (m/f/d). Here you will learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally In the third apprenticeship year, which qualifies you as a retail management assistant (m/f/d), we will show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures Thus you support our customers every day anew in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, house and garden
