• Key point of contact for customers in the contact center
• After intensive onboarding, handle all incoming customer inquiries by phone, email and chat
• Possible focus on pre-sales or after-sales (logistics or invoice-related topics)
• Ensure smooth processes for the best possible shopping experience for customers

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business administration degree program for the entire compulsory internship period of about 4 to 6 months (or duration according to study regulations)
• First practical experience with customer contact is an advantage but not required; the internship can also be a first introduction to working life
• Empathetic and service-oriented communication by phone and in writing
• Very high level of helpfulness, team spirit and commitment
• Professionalism, service orientation and friendliness even in challenging conversations
