• First you get an overview of the whole BAUHAUS store. Then you specialize, for example in garden, paint, sanitary or other departments
• The first two years of training make up the Sales Assistant (m/f/d) training. Here you learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them well
• In the third year, which qualifies you as a Retail Merchant (m/f/d), we show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures
• Every day you help our customers fulfil their wishes for workshop, house and garden

• A school-leaving certificate is important, but your personality counts most
• You impress with your friendly manner and your open, communicative nature
