• With the apprenticeship and further training to become a certified retail management specialist (m/f/d) you combine theory and practice and earn three IHK qualifications within three years: retail merchant, trainer under AEVO, certified retail management specialist
• Complete the theory phase at the renowned retail education center, which trains you to start out as a manager
• Get to know the varied departments and daily business in sales, goods receipt and checkout from different perspectives
• You also gain deep insights from colleagues in everyday management, preparing you perfectly for entering as a management trainee in retail

• You have the general or subject-specific university entrance qualification or Fachhochschulreife
• You like maths, so you score with your head for numbers and analytical thinking
• You not only enjoy dealing with people but also impress with strong enthusiasm and communication skills
• Your quick grasp lets you handle situations in a structured and solution-oriented way
