• With the apprenticeship and further training you combine theory and practice and earn three IHK qualifications within three years: Retail Merchant (m/f/d), Trainer (m/f/d) under AEVO and Certified Retail Business Manager (m/f/d)
• Complete the theory phase at the renowned retail education centre, which trains you well to start as a manager
• Get to know the many departments and daily business in sales, goods receipt and at the checkout from different perspectives
• You also gain deep insights from colleagues into everyday management, preparing you perfectly for your entry as a management trainee in retail

• You have the general or subject-specific university entrance qualification or the Fachhochschulreife
• You like maths, so you score with your head for numbers and analytical thinking
• You not only enjoy working with people, but also impress with your strong enthusiasm and communication skills
• Your quick grasp lets you handle situations in a structured and solution-oriented way
• You have plenty of team spirit and motivation, and you also impress with a high level of initiative and sense of responsibility
