Dual Study Programme: Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Retail

Combine business and retail studies with practical training at BAUHAUS. Over three years, you study at DHBW or HWR Berlin and gain experience in a BAUHAUS store, preparing for a career in retail management.

• Combine theory and practice and earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Retail within three years.
• Complete your study periods at a DHBW campus or at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR).
• During your study periods, you can also complete vocational trainer training under AEVO.
• During practical training, learn about the different departments, product range and processes of a BAUHAUS store from several perspectives.
• Learn about daily management work from colleagues, preparing you to join the retail management trainee programme.

• You have a general, subject-specific or university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
• You are good at maths and bring strong number skills and analytical thinking.
• You enjoy working with people and communicate with enthusiasm and confidence.
• You learn quickly and approach situations in a structured way, focusing on solutions.
