Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant or Salesperson

At BAUHAUS, your apprenticeship as a retail merchant or salesperson teaches you what matters in sales and customer advice. The first two years train you as a salesperson, and the third year qualifies you as a retail merchant. There is no application deadline for this position.

• In your apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d) or salesperson (m/f/d) you learn what matters in sales and customer advice
• First you get an overview of the whole BAUHAUS specialist center. Afterwards you specialize, for example in garden, paint, sanitary or other specialist departments
• The first two years of training include the training as a salesperson (m/f/d). Here you learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally
• In the third year of training, which qualifies you as a retail merchant (m/f/d), we show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures
• This is how you support our customers every day in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, house and garden

• A school diploma is important, but above all your personality counts
• You impress with your friendly manner and your open, communicative nature
• You are also curious, reliable and happy to pitch in
• You want to get to know the exciting world of retail and delight customers
