• With the apprenticeship and further training to become a certified retail management specialist (m/f/d) you combine theory and practice and earn three IHK qualifications within three years: retail salesperson, trainer under AEVO, certified retail management specialist
• Complete the theory phase at the renowned retail education center, which trains you to start as a manager
• Get to know the varied departments and daily business in sales, goods receipt and checkout from different perspectives
• You also gain deep insights from colleagues into everyday management, preparing you for your start as a management trainee in retail

• You have achieved a general or subject-specific university entrance qualification or Fachhochschulreife
• You like maths, so you score with your numerical understanding and analytical thinking
• You not only enjoy dealing with people but also impress with your strong enthusiasm and communication skills
• Your quick grasp lets you handle situations in a structured and solution-oriented way
• You have team spirit and motivation, and show a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
