At BAUHAUS, you learn about sales and customer advice and specialise in a department after getting an overview of the store. The first two years lead to a sales assistant qualification, while the third year leads to a retail sales specialist qualification.

• During your apprenticeship as a retail sales specialist or sales assistant, you learn what matters in sales and customer advice
• You first gain an overview of the entire BAUHAUS store, then specialise in areas such as the garden centre, paints, plumbing or other departments
• The first two training years cover the sales assistant qualification, including how to order goods appropriately and display them effectively
• In the third training year, which qualifies you as a retail sales specialist, we teach you about inventory management and marketing activities
• You help our customers fulfil their wishes for their workshop, home and garden every day
