Apprenticeship as a Retail Management Assistant or Sales Assistant

An apprenticeship at BAUHAUS provides an overview of the whole store before you specialise in a department. The first two years lead to a sales assistant qualification, while the third year leads to a retail management assistant qualification. There is no application deadline.

• During your apprenticeship as a retail management assistant or sales assistant, learn what matters in sales and customer advice.
• First gain an overview of the whole BAUHAUS store. Then specialise in a department such as gardening, paint, bathroom supplies or another area.
• The first two training years cover the sales assistant qualification. Learn how to order stock sensibly and display it effectively.
• In the third training year, which qualifies you as a retail management assistant, learn about stock management and marketing activities.
• Help customers meet their needs for their workshop, home and garden every day.
