Your tasks: In your apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d) or salesperson (m/f/d), you will learn what matters in sales and customer consulting. You will first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS specialist center. Afterwards, you will specialize, for example, in the city garden, paints, sanitary, or other specialist departments. The first two apprenticeship years include the training as a salesperson (m/f/d). Here you will learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally. In the third apprenticeship year, which qualifies you as a retail merchant (m/f/d), we will show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures. Thus, you support our customers every day anew in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, house, and garden.
