• You first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS store, then specialise in areas such as gardening, paint, bathroom fittings or other departments
• The first two years cover training as a sales assistant, including how to order goods sensibly and display them effectively
• In the third year, which qualifies you as a retail salesperson, you learn about stock management and marketing activities
• You help customers fulfil their wishes for their workshop, home and garden every day
