Dual Study Program Bachelor Business Administration - Retail

At BAUHAUS you can study dually: dual degree in Business Administration with a focus on retail. You get a look behind the scenes of retail sales. There is no application deadline for this position.

• With this dual study program you combine theory and practice and earn the degree "Bachelor of Arts (f/m/d) in Business Administration - Retail" within three years
• You complete the theory phases at one of the locations of the Cooperative State University (DHBW) or the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR)
• During the theory phases you have the option to complete the trainer qualification (f/m/d) under AEVO
• In your practical phases you get to know the many departments of a BAUHAUS store, the range and all processes from different perspectives
• You also gain deep insights from colleagues in everyday management, who prepare you perfectly for your entry as a management trainee in retail

• You have achieved the general or subject-specific university entrance qualification or Fachhochschulreife
• You are good at maths, so you score with your understanding of numbers and analytical thinking
• You not only enjoy dealing with people, but also impress with your strong enthusiasm and communication skills
• Your quick grasp lets you handle situations in a structured and solution-oriented way
