Retail Management or Sales Assistant Apprenticeship

At BAUHAUS, you learn sales, customer service, ordering stock and displaying products. The first two years lead to a sales assistant qualification; the third year qualifies you in retail management and covers stock management and marketing. • During your retail management or sales assistant apprenticeship, you learn what matters in sales and customer service
• You first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS store, then specialise in areas such as the garden centre, paint, plumbing or other departments
• The first two years train you as a sales assistant, including how to order stock sensibly and display products effectively
• In the third year, which qualifies you in retail management, you learn about stock management and marketing activities
• You help customers fulfil their wishes for their workshop, home and garden every day
