What You'll Learn
- As IT Specialist Modern Managed Client (m/f/d) you will manage a diverse system landscape based on Windows and also iOS
- Your tasks include the provision of hardware and software using provisioning and management tools such as software distribution and mobile device management
- As part of our team you are not only co-responsible for the standardization of client systems, but also evaluate new hardware and software and integrate them into the existing system landscape
- With technical understanding you support our Corporate IT in 2nd and 3rd level support and ensure the smooth operation of the devices you manage
- In addition, you document and process faults in the ticket system and create internal documentation
Requirements
- Completed training as IT specialist (m/f/d) or degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics or comparable qualification or career changer (m/f/d)
- High customer and service orientation
- Team spirit and responsible, structured and independent working style
- Technical understanding and ideally expertise in client lifecycle management, printer management and software distribution
- Fluent German and good English skills
