Building Finance Specialist

You are an independent acquirer (m/f/d) (as a self-employed commercial agent (m/f/d) under § 84 HGB) in the product field and conduct customer meetings. You develop consultation concepts based on the identified goals and wishes of the customer and derive concrete offers from them. You are a specialist (m/f/d) and contact person (m/f/d) for building finance. You actively build your customer network and maintain your relationships with customers. You increase your personal profile through sales-promoting actions. You plan and implement measures for market development and exploitation of building finance potential.

• You have a commercial apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally you have at least two years of professional experience in sales in the financial services sector.
• You have expertise in the areas of building savings and building finance. Ideally you have experience in planning and implementing sales measures in the assigned customer and contract portfolio.
