Retail Management Apprenticeship and Further Training (Handelsfachwirt)

At BAUHAUS you can complete an apprenticeship and further training in one and kick off your career after graduating. With the combined training to become a certified Handelsfachwirt (retail business specialist), you combine theory and practice and earn three IHK qualifications within three years: Retail Clerk, Trainer under AEVO and Certified Handelsfachwirt. There is no application deadline for this position.

• Complete the theory phase at the renowned retail education centre, which trains you well to start as a manager
• Get to know the many departments and daily business in sales, goods receipt and at the checkout from different perspectives
• You also gain deep insights from colleagues in everyday management, who prepare you perfectly for your start as a management trainee in retail

• You have achieved the general or subject-specific university entrance qualification or the Fachhochschulreife
• You are good at maths, so you can score with your number sense and analytical thinking
• You not only enjoy dealing with people, but also impress with your strong enthusiasm and communication skills
• Your quick grasp lets you handle situations in a structured and solution-oriented way
• You have plenty of team spirit and motivation, and also impress with a high level of initiative and sense of responsibility
