• In your apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d) or sales assistant (m/f/d), you learn what matters in sales and customer advice
• You first get an overview of the whole BAUHAUS store. Then you specialize, for example in garden, paint, sanitary or other departments
• The first two years of training cover the sales assistant qualification. You learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them well
• In the third year, which qualifies you as a retail merchant, we show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures
• Every day you help our customers fulfil their wishes around workshop, house and garden

• A school diploma is important, but above all your personality counts
• You impress with your friendly manner and open, communicative nature
• You are also curious, reliable and happy to pitch in
