Salesperson Wood and Building Elements

BAUHAUS relies on the commitment of all its employees, for each other and for every single customer. There is no application deadline for this position. It stays listed only as long as it is open. You advise customers on wood and building elements (construction timber, roofs, doors, windows, stairs) and sell exactly what suits them.

• Advise customers on construction timber, roofs, doors, windows or stairs and sell exactly what suits them
• Support colleagues as a team player and ensure smooth processes and the best possible shopping experience
• Order products, create and process customer orders, maintain the product range and design promotional areas

• A completed commercial or skilled trade apprenticeship is a good prerequisite, e.g. as a salesperson, retail clerk, joiner, carpenter, timber framer, wood mechanic or roofer (all m/f/d)
• Experience in sales in retail, building trade, timber trade or the DIY/home improvement sector is an advantage
• Through solid knowledge of wood and building elements, you can advise customers competently
• Advisory skills, service orientation, strong communication, friendliness, team spirit and helpfulness set you apart
