Junior Quality Manager

Full-time, permanent position in quality management at Kaufland in the sales organisation. For career starters and experienced professionals.

• Commission, analyse and optimise laboratory analyses and develop targeted measures for deviations
• Drive the concept and continuous development of the entire cleaning and hygiene area as a team
• Carry out risk and hazard analyses in food safety
• Exchange expertise with stores and internal interfaces
• Hold information and training sessions for stores and create and review training materials, documents and presentations

• Completed degree in food technology, food chemistry or nutrition science (or a comparable field) or vocational training with relevant further education
• First professional experience in quality management and knowledge of food safety concepts
• Expertise in meat, baked goods or fruit & vegetables
• Strong quality and food safety awareness as well as communication and coordination skills
