HR Process Manager SAP SuccessFactors

In the HR Services & Reward INT team, you develop systems, processes and offerings that make HR more digital and effective in more than 32 countries. As a driver of international HR transformation, you optimize global processes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM and shape a country framework for over 30 Lidl countries. Full-time.

• Operational support and continuous optimization of global HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, taking SAP HCM topics and country-specific procedures into account
• Self-reliant management of HR system projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives in an international environment
• Cross-functional definition, tracking and analysis of HR system KPIs to support building a holistic country framework (e.g. data quality, system performance and process adoption rates)
• Conception, setup and maintenance of a central knowledge and training platform for international key users and country teams
• Active exchange and coordination as the central interface between the business department, country companies and IT for operational change requests and country-specific requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification with a clear focus on HR systems
• Several years of work experience and solid hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Proven experience in independently managing HR (sub-)projects and in structured process and KPI analysis
• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management in an international environment with fluent German and English
• Ideally first knowledge of the SAP HCM module (e.g. PA/PT) or other HR core systems as a valuable plus, but not a mandatory requirement for starting with us
