You first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS specialist centre and then specialise, e.g. in garden centre, paints, sanitary or other departments. The first two apprenticeship years cover the sales assistant training (ordering and presenting goods). The third year qualifies you as a retail merchant (merchandise management, marketing). You support customers daily in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, house and garden.
