In your apprenticeship as a retail management assistant (f/m/d) or sales assistant (f/m/d) you will learn what matters in sales and customer consulting. You will first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS specialist center. Afterwards you will specialize, for example in the garden center, paints, sanitary or other specialist departments. The first two training years include the training as a sales assistant (f/m/d). Here you will learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally. In the third training year, which qualifies you as a retail management assistant (f/m/d), we will show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures. Thus you support our customers every day anew in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, house and garden.

A school leaving certificate is important – but above all your personality counts. You inspire with your friendly demeanor and your open, communicative manner. Moreover, you are curious, reliable and like to pitch in. You want to get to know the exciting world of retail and inspire customers.
