In your apprenticeship as a retail management assistant (m/f/d) or sales assistant (m/f/d) you will learn what matters in sales and customer consulting. You will first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS specialist centre. Afterwards you will specialise, for example, in the garden centre, paints, sanitary or other specialist departments. The first two apprenticeship years include the training as a sales assistant (m/f/d). Here you will learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally. In the third apprenticeship year, which qualifies you as a retail management assistant (m/f/d), we will show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures. This way you support our customers every day anew in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, house and garden.

A school diploma is important – but above all your personality counts. You inspire with your friendly demeanor and your open, communicative manner. You are also curious, reliable and like to pitch in. You want to get to know the exciting world of retail and inspire customers.
