Apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson or Sales Assistant

Welcome to BAUHAUS! BAUHAUS relies above all on one thing: the commitment of all employees – for each other and for every single customer. Because only with respect, cohesion, and passion is it fun to give your all every day anew. We look forward to becoming better together with new talents day by day! There is no application deadline for this position. It remains advertised only as long as it is open. In your apprenticeship as a retail salesperson (f/m/d) or sales assistant (f/m/d), you will learn what matters in sales and customer consulting. You will first get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS specialist center. Afterwards, you will specialize, for example, in the garden center, paints, sanitary, or other specialist departments. The first two apprenticeship years include the training as a sales assistant (f/m/d). Here you will learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally. In the third apprenticeship year, which qualifies you as a retail salesperson (f/m/d), we will show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures. This way, you support our customers every day anew in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, house, and garden.
