The Supply Center Grenzach is the central Bayer site for semi-solid dosage forms and produces well-known brands such as Bepanthen®, Bepanthol® and Canesten® with state-of-the-art technology.

• As part of your 3-year dual study program in the field of Business Administration - Industrial Business Management you gain comprehensive insight into the structures and processes of our company.
• You rotate through various departments such as Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain Management (Materials Management, Logistics, Planning), Human Resources, Operational Excellence and our Production.
• In the departments, processes and connections are explained to you and you are assigned your own tasks and projects.
• In a three-month rotation you spend your time at the university and in the company and can apply your knowledge directly in practice. Your theory semesters take place at the Cooperative State University in Lörrach.

• You have successfully completed your high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification.
• You show interest and enthusiasm for economic contexts and business processes.
• Your communication skills, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork characterize you.
• You show openness and willingness to learn for new topics and challenges.
• You have good English and PC skills, e.g. MS Office.
