Together we shape the banking of tomorrow. Your apprenticeship at a glance: As a bank clerk (m/f/d), the focus of your apprenticeship is on sales activities in the branch. Here you advise our customers on the full range of financial services. During the apprenticeship, you will learn everything about: account management and payment transactions, investment and asset management options, development of pension strategies, private lending and construction financing. The apprenticeship is supplemented by internal seminars that optimally prepare you for a role in customer consulting.

You are empathetic, communicative, enjoy working with people, and value appreciative, respectful, and collegial interaction. You are curious and interested in financial services and economic topics. You see mistakes as learning opportunities and want to develop professionally and personally. You have a Mittlere Reife, Fachhochschulreife, or Abitur.

The apprenticeship remuneration is based on the collective agreement for Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and amounts to monthly gross: 1st year: €1,443; 2nd year: €1,504; 3rd year: €1,576.
